Hi Class,
When I have free time I like to do a few things. I knit. Right now I am knitting a hat for one of my daughters. I also have 2 dogs and take them to dog training classes each week. One dog is a puppy (5 months old) and the other is 3 years old. Both dogs have dog trainers as teachers. Daisy, the puppy, has about 5 other puppies in her class. She is learning to sit, stay, go down and heel (walk beside me on a leash). Reggie, the older dog, already knows many things, but still needs reinforcement and the socialization of being around other dogs.
In addition to those things, I also like to spend time with my husband, going to movies, cooking good food and traveling.

that is pretty cool what you do in your free time. I like dogs but i can not take care of them because my apartment doesn't allow to keep the dog in your Apt. I think it fun when you go out with your wife or your husband for a movie or dinner.

In Tucson my free time will be doing my homework or talking to my family. I sometime go out with my girlfriend for a dinner or watch TV at my Place. I go work out every day at 3pm. Back home I have a lot of thing to do such as drive my car go chill with my friends meet my neighbor. I think back home is better at the free time but Tucson is not bad

ReplyDeleteI'm really glad to hear, that you have two dogs.I like them, but I don't have any pets.Because, I have two daughters, one of them almost 5years old and second one 10 months. So, my wife and me really afraid, that pets can hurt my daughters.
When, I was in my country, I couldn't spend a lot of time with my family. Because I was working at Police department. If I had free time, we immediately went to some park or do something funny. I really miss then.

The things which you do when you have free time are interesting. I like dog too. When I was in Vietnam, I had already a dog, but he lost. When I came back home from my school, he ran to me and held my leg. I loved him very much so when I had free time, I always played with him. Besides playing with my dog, I liked going out with my friend or playing tennis.
Now, in Tucson, when I have free time, I always call to my parents and my girl friend in Vietnam. Besides that, I try to cook different foods or playing games.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy my free time totally, even if I have no enough time to do anything now. When I finished my schoolwork, I usually hang out with my friends. Because I don't want to spent lots of time at home. In fact, my roommates have two dogs. They are smart, however, I dislike them due to their behaviors. The both of them can bark all the day... OK, if I can arrange my life, I like to do some outside activities, such as riding bike, climb, and so on. In addition, I can go for a drive around my city in China, nevertheless, in Tucson, I think I have no other choice but to get the driver license firstly. I need more different life styles motivate my body. But as you know, at this period of time, I'm busy with TOEFL test. As a result, watching movies is the only commodity which I can do in the free time now. In spite of that, I also try to save a half day to have a party per week. I can't stand for live lonely and just play with the two dogs everyday.

DeleteThat's too bad about the dogs barking all day. There are things you can do to train them not to do that. My dogs are quiet- they bark a little, but only if someone rings the doorbell.
I know you are busy studying for the TOEFL, but it's also important to have time for yourself. I'm glad you save some time to go to parties.

ReplyDeleteI'm Ryosuke.My parents also have two dogs which are Golden Retriver.When I went back to my hometown, I always played with them.They are so friendly and make my feeling relaxed.I imagine how much you love your dogs.
By the way,I started to go to Rec Center for work out with my friend.That facility of Rec Center was so amazing and impressive.I would like to keep exercising my body for my health during my stay in Tucson.
And I went to a park nearby with my family and also shopping in Shinjuku City where is the biggest city in Tokyo when I was in Japan.Frankly speaking,Tucson is the countryside and not so many restaurants compared with Tokyo, but I love this weather and want to enjoy my life in Tucson.

ReplyDeleteNothing like shooting hoops I always say, whether real or virtual, whenever I had some time to kill in Kuwait, I always went to the basketball court, specially when i started driving, and if i'm too tired or low on fuel, i'd just open my ps3 and play NBA2K11/12, it really helps me to calm down and i enjoy playing it.
In Tucson i did the same, matter fact, having a basketball court inside the premises of "College Place" is one of the reasons that had a major influence on me signing the contract.

When I have a free time The first thing i always think about is hanging out with my friends . Also i really love Soccer ,so every time i had a chance to play i directly go and play. Playing card , watching movies , listening to music and playing video games these are what i do on my free time in Tucson .
In Saudi Arabia it's the same but it is a little bit different . The difference is in Saudi Arabia i used to travel alot , this is the only different i guess.

ReplyDeleteWhen I have free time I like to sleep.It's such a good idea to kill the time.Now I have to prepare the TOEFL test,so there is not a lot time for me to sleep,which makes me upset.
Then,I may study in U of A in the near future.Then there maybe a lot of assignment,essays which I need to prepare.The future doesn't seem such relaxed to me.

I have less free time activities in tucson,sometimes i ride motocycle to some unfamiliar roads and find some characteristic restruants or shops and have fun.i expect that i can travel to California in the future.
